Mary was born in Tennessee about 1825. She married Jackson Anderson abt. 1841. In 1860, Mary and her husband Jackson Anderson had their five children, William H., Sarah C., Mary A., Martha J., and Eliza S. living with them. Her brothers William, Hugh and John also lived close to Martins Creek in Worth Twp., Lawrence County, Arkansas in the 1860s. In 1880, Mary and Jackson were living in Benton Twp., Wayne County, Missouri with their son John J.. Not far away is Mary's brother William living in Logan Twp., Wayne County, Missouri.

Continuing Research; Uncle Jack's daughter Emma told her grandaughter that her father had a sister named Mary and she was possibly buried in McDonald County, Missouri. I'm still trying to find Mary and Jackson in other census and where they died and are buried.
