Marriage:

John P. Watson, b. abt. 1830, Indiana

Children:

Possibly, William Watson, b. abt. 1857, Illinois, living in Jackson Twp., Texas County, Missouri, 1880

Martha was born in Tennessee about 1830.

Martha A. Watson was living in Jackson Twp., Texas County, Missouri in the 1880 census married to John P. Watson who was born in Indiana abt. 1830. Her brother John (Uncle Jack) did not move to Texas County until a couple years later.

Continuing Research:

Martha was unkown until information was provided by her brother (Uncle Jack's) family. Uncle Jack's daughter Emma said that they visited Martha when she was a young girl and that she lived, died, and is buried in Licking or Raymondville, Texas County, Missouri.

I have not been able to locate Martha on any census other than the the 1880 Federal census. Further research should bring more information if descandents cannot be connected with.

Verification of her children cannot be made until she can be found on an earlier census.
